02 - Keeping rolls connected, cut the entire block horizontally to create top and bottom layers.
03 - Place bottom half on baking sheet. Distribute mozzarella and cheddar evenly across the surface.
04 - Position top half of rolls over the cheese layer.
05 - Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush mixture generously over roll tops.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
07 - Bake 12-15 minutes until cheese melts completely and tops turn golden brown.
08 - Let rest 2 minutes. Cut between rolls to separate. Serve warm.
