# Directions:

01 - Place chicken thighs or breasts in the base of the slow cooker.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The sauce develops this incredible depth that tastes like it simmered all day, even though your hands-on time is literally 15 minutes
  • Leftovers somehow taste even better, making it the gift that keeps on giving for busy weeks
02 -
  • The sauce will taste quite salty before cooking, but the long cook time mellows it out perfectly
  • Letting the chicken shred directly in the sauce means every single bite stays incredibly moist and flavorful
03 -
  • Line your slow cooker with a parchment paper sling for the easiest cleanup ever
  • Use kitchen shears to shred the chicken even faster than forks
