# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The creamy avocado dressing tastes so rich you will forget you are eating low-carb
  • Everything can be prepped ahead and assembled in under five minutes
  • The combination of warm spiced chicken and crisp vegetables is incredibly satisfying
02 -
  • The dressing thickens up in the fridge so thin it with a splash of water before serving leftovers
  • Warm chicken against cold crisp vegetables is what makes these bowls feel special
  • Red cabbage stays crunchy for days so these bowls actually keep well for meal prep
03 -
  • Use a microplane to mince the garlic so it disappears into the dressing without any harsh bites
  • Let the chicken rest for a couple minutes after cooking so it stays juicy
