17 - ½ cup baby spinach leaves
18 - 4–6 black olives, sliced (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

05 - In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce with minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
06 - Spread sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange bell peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and olives on top.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The heart shape makes ordinary pizza night feel like a celebration without any extra fuss
  • You can load it with whatever vegetables are sitting in your crisper drawer
  • Something about cutting into a heart-shaped pizza makes everyone at the table smile
02 -
  • The heart shape will spread slightly during baking, so make your curves a bit more exaggerated than you think you need
  • If your dough keeps springing back while rolling, let it rest for another 5 minutes—it just needs more time to relax
  • Vegetables release water as they cook, so slice them thin and don't overload any one area
03 -
  • Use a pizza stone if you have one—it creates the crispiest bottom crust
  • Arrange cheese first, then vegetables, to prevent the toppings from making the crust soggy
