01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
03 - 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
04 - 1/3 cup water

→ Chips & Cheese

05 - 8 cups tortilla chips
06 - 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

→ Vegetables & Toppings

08 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
09 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives
10 - 1/2 cup sliced green onions
11 - 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
12 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
13 - 1/2 cup sour cream
14 - 1/2 cup salsa
15 - 1 avocado, diced

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a Bundt pan thoroughly with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, approximately 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat from the pan.
03 - Add taco seasoning and water to the browned beef. Stir well to combine and simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens. Fold in black beans and remove from heat.
04 - Place one-third of tortilla chips in the bottom of prepared Bundt pan. Top with one-third of beef-bean mixture and one-third of both shredded cheeses.
05 - Repeat layering process two more times, finishing with remaining cheese on top as the final layer.
06 - Bake in center of oven for 15–18 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
07 - Remove from oven and let cool 3–5 minutes. Carefully invert Bundt pan onto serving platter to release the nacho ring.
08 - Garnish with diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, jalapeño slices, cilantro, and avocado. Add dollops of sour cream and drizzle with salsa.
09 - Serve while warm and crispy for best texture and flavor.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The ring shape means everyone gets equal access to the cheesy edges, no more fighting over the best parts
  • Layers stay warm and melty throughout the whole party thanks to that clever Bundt pan insulation
  • You can prep everything ahead and bake when guests arrive, making you look effortless
02 -
  • Letting the nachos rest for those few minutes before flipping is what keeps the whole thing from collapsing into a pile
  • Greasing every curve of the Bundt pan thoroughly is non-negotiable or you will be serving chip scramble instead of a ring
03 -
  • Room temperature ingredients melt more evenly, so take your cheese out of the fridge while you prep everything else
  • A silicone brush helps get nonstick spray into all the Bundt pan crevices better than your fingers can
